Programs

Ages 9 & 10

For our younger athletes, we focus on teaching our players the basic concepts of running mechanics, jumping techniques, and developing core strength training utilizing body-weight exercises. Speed training and explosiveness techniques are begun at this age through progressive training. Balance and coordination are also key components of the programs designed for this age.

Ages 11 14

For our middle school and early high school age athletes, we focus on enhancing their knowledge of the mechanics of running and jumping as well as challenging them to push themselves to begin more moderate strength training exercises such as push-ups, core workouts, body-weight training with TRX suspension systems, medicine balls, plyometrics, and light kettle-bell work.

Ages 15 18

Designed for more advanced high school athletes, our program will push these athletes to refine their techniques as they relate to running, jumping, and strength training. Typical strength and plyometric workouts within this age group will involve explosive movements to mimic their athletic movements on the field. Speed, agility, strength, and coordination will be the focus of many activities for these ages.
